Jordan-born, Toronto-based 22 year old GHALIA is a House/RnB/Pop artist who has had a passion for creating music and singing ever since she got her hands on a keyboard at the age of 6. She uses writing and performing her songs as a form of therapy - often focusing around themes of love, relationships, and anxiety. GHALIA is currently studying audio engineering, music production, and songwriting at the Toronto Trebas Institute  - a crucial step in following her dreams of making a career out of her passion for music. 


 

Her genre-bending sound of RnB/Pop sprinkled with elements of House, packaged in modern electronic production, reveals influences from some of her favourite artists including The Weeknd, RAYE, Always Never, and Justin Bieber. With plans to release her debut album this year, GHALIA’s passion for writing carefully crafted lyrics combined with her soaring vocals, is sure to please the ears of many.
